Enrollment process
Excellent education starts here.
From your first visit to your child’s first day, enrolling at WCA takes three simple steps for kindergarten through 12th grade. Preschool has its own path through our waiting list.

How preschool enrollment works.
There is no questionnaire for preschool. Instead, families tour first and then join our waiting list for their child’s age level.
Tour the Kids’ Campus
See the campus and meet Gloria Johnson, our preschool director.
Join the waiting list
After your tour, we add your child to the waiting list for their age level.
Seats are offered
Current families re-enroll in January. In late January or early February, we contact families on the waiting list when a seat opens.
Register
If you accept a seat, we send the enrollment links to officially register your child.
