A credit of $200 per student is given when tuition is paid in full on or before August 1. Split accounts do not qualify for prepaying discounts.

Here are our current tuition rates, fees, and payment options for preschool through 12th grade. WCA readily enrolls families in the NC Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ programs.
Elementary, middle & high school
Annual tuition, K5 to 12th grade.
Tuition may be paid monthly (August to May), semi-annually, or annually through Blackbaud Tuition Management.
2025-2026 rates
One annual rate per division.

Semi-annual payments
Pay the first half by August 1 and the second half by January 1. A $100 credit is applied to each semi-annual payment, per student.
Multi-child discounts
The Academy offers multi-child discounts for preschool and grades K5-12. Call the main office for discount prices.
Before and after school care is available for $4.25 per hour. Morning care opens at 6:45 a.m., and after-care closes at 6:00 p.m.
Preschool, ages 2-4
Weekly tuition that includes care, meals, and supplies.
Preschool tuition is paid weekly through Brightwheel by auto-draft, and includes care from 6:45 a.m. to 6 p.m., lunch, snacks, and school supplies.

Scholarships
Opportunity Scholarships could make WCA an option for your family.
Wilmington Christian Academy readily enrolls students from families participating in the NC Opportunity Scholarship program and the ESA+ program.
Please note that families are responsible for all tuition, fees, and other charges above the amount awarded through the NC Opportunity Scholarship program and ESA+ grants.

When are fees due?
The program fee ($450 per student) is due June 1, and the capital assessment ($450 per family) is due July 1. The returning student registration fee secures enrollment.
How do I pay tuition?
K5-12 tuition is paid through Blackbaud Tuition Management, monthly from August to May, semi-annually, or annually. Preschool tuition is paid weekly through Brightwheel by auto-draft.
Are there discounts for families with more than one child?
Yes. WCA offers multi-child discounts for preschool and grades K5-12; call the main office for prices. Preschool families also receive a $10 weekly discount when a sibling is enrolled. Fees are not discounted.
Is care available before and after school?
Yes. Care runs from 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is included in preschool tuition and billed at $4.25 per hour for grades K5-12.
